’s strategy to monetise 1,195 acres of plantation land in Bukit Pelanduk, Negri Sembilan into an industrial park with Eco World Development Group Bhd
(EcoWorld) and state-owned entity, NS Corp Sdn Bhd, is viewed positively by analysts.
Under the deal, SD Guthrie will sell the land for RM572.8mil cash or RM11 per sq ft to Eco Business Park 7 Sdn Bhd (EBP 7) and make an estimated net gain of about RM277mil, according to analysts’ calculations.
