PETALING JAYA: Paragon Globe Bhd
is disposing of a parcel of freehold land measuring 3.53 acres in Johor Baru to Buildcon concrete Sdn Bhd for RM19.2mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the construction and property development firm said the disposal would unlock and realise value in the near term.
