KUALA LUMPUR: EXSIM Hospitality Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, EXSIM Concepto Sdn Bhd (ECSB), has accepted a RM1.13mil work order from EXSIM Kebun Teh Sdn Bhd (EKTSB) for the design and build of Lumba Kuda Level 1.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, EXSIM said the commencement date was April 4, 2025, with the completion of the contract works being scheduled within two months from that date.
EXSIM expects the contract to contribute positively to the net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing of the company throughout the duration of the contract works.
