PETALING JAYA: Keyfield International Bhd
is disposing of Keyfield Lestari, an 11-year-old four-point mooring accommodation workboat (AWB) to Saraf Corp India Pte Ltd for RM55.4mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Keyfield said the agreement is expected to be completed in June 2025 and will coincide with the completion of Lestari’s current charter to another customer in India.
