PETALING JAYA: Scanwolf Corp Bhd
has secured a contract award from Fixus Construction Sdn Bhd for sub-structure works on a commercial development in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, worth RM42mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Scanwolf said the project comprises a 69-storey small office, home office block (775 units) and a 78-storey small office, versatile office block (1,440 units), supported by a 10-storey podium featuring utility spaces, retail units, and parking facilities.
