PETALING JAYA: Al-Salam Real Estate Investment Trust
(Al-Salam-REIT) is disposing of two shop office buildings in Bandar Sunway, Selangor, to Lagi Tegas Sdn Bhd for RM10mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Al-Salam-REIT said it is disposing of a four-storey intermediate terraced shop office building as well as a four-storey corner terraced shop office building.
