SD Guthrie closes FY24 on a strong note

KUALA LUMPUR: SD Guthrie Bhd, which recorded a near quadruple jump in its net profit to RM772mil in the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2024 (4Q24), remains positive on its prospects in 2025 and beyond, underpinned by strong support for crude palm oil (CPO) prices.

“We believe this year and even maybe to some extent next year, there will be other factors that come in and influence the industry’s supply and demand.
