Deleum wins PETRONAS Carigali contract


PETALING JAYA: Deleum Bhd has secured a letter of award from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd for the provision of slickline equipment and services for Package A1: SKA.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the oil and gas company said the scope of works of the contract included provision of manpower, tools, equipment, materials, consumables and other related services.

It said the five-year contract would take effect from April 16.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the revenue, earnings, and net assets of Deleum and its group of companies for the duration of the contract. It will not have any impact on the share capital and/or shareholding structure of Deleum.”

The contract is expected to be funded via internally generated funds and/or external borrowings.
