PETALING JAYA: Steel Hawk Bhd
has secured a contract for the supply of manpower for bagging operations at the solid product warehouse, Pengerang Integrated Complex in Johor for Petroliam Nasional Bhd’s (PETRONAS) subsidiary PRPC Utilities and Facilities Sdn Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Steel Hawk said the duration of the contract will be from Feb 1 until Jan 31, 2028.
“The contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of the company.”
Steel Hawk added that the contract is not expected to have any material effect on the net assets of the company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025.
“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of Steel Hawk group for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025,” it added.
