Lebtech unit bags RM21mil building contract for Shah Alam project


KUALA LUMPUR: Lebtech Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Lebtech Construction Sdn Bhd has secured a RM21mil contract from Brighton Land Sdn Bhd for main building works at a proposed development in Section U13, Shah Alam.

In a bourse filing, the group said the job entails 104 units of two-storey terrace houses and a Tenaga Nasional substation.

The contract commenced on Jan 28, 2025, and will be completed within 18 months of the date.

Lebtech said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the company for the financial year ending 2025.
