KUALA LUMPUR: Censof Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Century Software (M) Sdn Bhd has secured a contract from the Retirement Fund Inc (KWAP) to replace and implement a new accounting system, more commonly referred to as the government resource planning (GRP) system.

The financial management software solutions provider, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia, said the total value of the project amounts to RM4.27mil.

The project is divided into two phases comprising the development and maintenance of the accounting system. The tenure of the development of the accounting system is for 12 months, which comes with a warranty of 12 months upon completion of the development.

Upon the expiry of the warranty, the maintenance of the accounting system would take effect for four years, with no option to extend and/or renew upon its expiry.
