PTT Synergy to establish perpetual sukuk wakalah programme of up to RM500mil

KUALA LUMPUR: PTT Synergy Group Bhd has announced the establishment of a Perpetual Sukuk Wakalah Programme of up to RM500 million in nominal value.

The programme, with a perpetual tenure, allows the company the flexibility to issue sukuk periodically, provided the total outstanding nominal value does not exceed RM500 million at any given time.
