KUALA LUMPUR: CCK Consolidated Holdings Bhd
has declared a special interim single-tier dividend of 5.0 sen per share for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2024.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, CCK said the entitlement and payment dates of the special dividend have been fixed on Jan 10, 2025, and Jan 22, 2025, respectively.
CCK posted a net profit of RM64.5mil in the nine months ended Sept 30 on revenue of RM791.8mil.
