KKB Engineering bags two contracts totalling RM89mil


PETALING JAYA: KKB Engineering Bhd has secured contracts from PETROSNiaga Sdn Bhd (PNSB) and Gamuda Bhd totalling RM89mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, KKB said the contract from PNSB will be for the supply and delivery of new liquefied petroleum gas cylinders.

Meanwhile, the contract from Gamuda is for the manufacture, supply, delivery and unloading of mild steel concrete lined pipes and specials in Sabah.

“The completion period for the PNSB contract is for three years and the completion date for the Gamuda contract is scheduled to be within the second quarter of 2026.

“The PNSB and Gamuda contracts will have no effect on the share capital of the company and are expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets of the company and group for the duration of the contracts/ supply period,” it said.

KKB said risk factors include execution risks such as availability of skilled manpower and materials, foreign exchange and changes in pricing, weather conditions and/ or political, economic and regulatory conditions.
