KUALA LUMPUR: MyCLNQ Health, a health tech company, has partnered with The Strawberry Park Resort Cameron Highlands to offer seamless telehealth services, enhancing guest experiences by providing immediate healthcare access from the comfort of their rooms.
MyCLNQ Health, in a statement, said that with this collaboration, guests can access on-demand healthcare services during their stay at Strawberry Park Resort, located on a peaceful 7-acre hill between Tanah Rata and Brinchang in Cameron Highlands.
“Travelling can be stressful, especially when healthcare needs arise. Our telehealth service allows guests to access trusted medical care without leaving their rooms, creating a safe environment for all visitors to Malaysia,” MyCLNQ Health co-founder and CEO Anwar Rafique said.

Through the MyCLNQ Health app, resort guests can connect with certified healthcare providers from 9 AM to 9 PM. Services range from virtual consultations to prescription deliveries. After a brief phone consultation, guests can order medication for delivery directly to their rooms.
Meanwhile, Strawberry Park Resort resident manager John Yeo said: “With the growing demand for telehealth and the booming tourism industry, this added advantage, hotel guests can enjoy a unique service that seamlessly integrates healthcare into their stay—something not commonly offered by many hotels or resorts.”
