THIS week saw the removal of TMC Life Sciences Bhd’s suspended chief executive officer (CEO), Wan Nadiah Wan Mohd Abdullah Yaakob, with immediate effect, marking the culmination of a year-long internal conflict.

At an extraordinary general meeting on Monday, 58.7% of shareholders present, representing 99.98% of the voting shares, supported the resolution to remove her.
