MN Holdings in deal for large data centre


PETALING JAYA: MN Holdings Bhd via its wholly-owned subsidiary Mutu Nusantara Sdn Bhd has bagged a RM162.69mil contract for a hyperscale data centre (DC) in the Southern region of Malaysia.

In a statement, the group said its customer, whose name it did not disclose, is principally engaged in providing infrastructure for hosting, data processing services and related activities, wholesaling of a variety of goods without any particular specialisation and computer facilities management activities.

The scope of work under the contract comprises design, build and construction of a high voltage Main Switching Station (SSU) and Consumer Containerised SSU for a data centre.

MN Holdings said the contract shall commence immediately and targeted for completion by July 2025.

Including the latest contract win, MN Holdings has increased its order book to about RM763.7mil, providing strong earnings visibility to the group for the next two years.
