PETALING JAYA: Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd
(PMHB) has accepted a letter of award from NRY Architects Sdn Bhd for the execution and completion of the sub-structure and main building works worth RM181.80mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, PMHB said the project shall be for a period of 40 months from the date of commencement, tentatively on Dec 16, 2024.
“The award of the project will not have any impact on the share capital and shareholding structure of the company.
“However, it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and enhance the net assets of PMHB group during the duration of the project.”
PMHB said risks associated with the project are mainly operational risks such as completion risk and credit risk.
