GOOD news at last! There is increasing clarity that Malaysia could get its long-overdue merger control legislation.
Domestic Trade and Living Costs Minister Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali confirmed this week that the proposed amendment to the Competition Act 2010 to incorporate merger controls is expected to be tabled at the next parliamentary session.
