Carimin wins five-year oil and gas job


PETALING JAYA: Carimin Petroleum Bhd’s subsidiary, Carimin Engineering Services Sdn Bhd or CESSB, and its joint-venture partner Evolusi Bersatu Sdn Bhd have bagged a five-year oil and gas services contract.

Carimin told the stock exchange that a letter of award (LoA) was received from Kebabangan Petroleum Operating Company Sdn Bhd for the provision of Pan-Malaysia maintenance, construction and modification and hook-up, commissioning – Package B9.

“The contract price will be in accordance with the schedule of prices and rates as agreed, and will be valid for a duration of five years, effective from the date of the LoA until Oct 10, 2029 unless terminated earlier in accordance with its terms and conditions,” it said in the filing.
