Tuju Setia unit accepts RM411mil contract for construction of Sunway Serene project


KUALA LUMPUR: Tuju Setia Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Pembinaan Tuju Setia Sdn Bhd has secured a RM411mil contract from Sunway Serene Sdn Bhd, a unit of Sunway Bhd, for the proposed construction of the Sunway Serene 2 development in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

The group said in a stock exchange filing the development comprises two blocks of 45-storey serviced apartments, a rooftop garden, nine-storey podium carpark and facilities floor at ground floor and Level 8.

There will also be two rows of two-storey super link residential units and one row of three-storey superlink residential units as well as a guardhouse.

The contract is for a duration of 40 months with a commencement date to be advised.
