Dayang bags services contract from Shell


KUALA LUMPUR: Dayang Enterprise Holding Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Dayang Enterprise Sdn Bhd has secured a contract for the provision of Pan-Malaysia maintenance, construction, modification (MCM) and hook-up commissioning (HUC) services for Package B4 from Sarawak Shell Bhd/Sabah Shell Petroleum Co (SSB/SSPC).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the contract value is based on the work orders issued by SSB/SSPC throughout the contract duration.

The contract duration is about five years from Oct 14, 2024, plus extension options of three and two years.

It is expected to contribute to the earnings of the group over the duration of the contract.
