Bina Puri unit secures RM113.29mil contract for Sarawak water supply project


KUALA LUMPUR: Bina Puri Builder Sdn Bhd via its wholly-owned subsidiary has accepted a RM113.29mil contract from Tokoh Ilham Sdn Bhd to undertake construction of water pipelines, civil and structure work under the proposed Serian Regional Water Supply Phase II (Stage 1) project under the Sarawak Rural Water Supply Department (JBALB).

The group said in a stock exchange filing the construction period for the contract is 29 months, with completion date on April 9, 2027.

"Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the acceptance of LOA are expected to contribute positively to the future earnings, earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the company," it said.
