Deleum unit bags awards from PETRONAS Carigali


KUALA LUMPUR: Deleum Bhd's 86.67%-owned indirect subsidiary has secured two contracts from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd for the provision of Pan-Malaysia offshore maintenance, construction, modification and hook-up and commissioning services for Package A1 (Peninsular Malaysia Asset – Oil) and Package A4 (Sarawak Asset – Gas) respectively.

Both contracts are effective from Sept 27, 2024, and will run for a period of five years.

The contracts each carry an extension option of one term of three years, followed by one term of two years.

The scope of work for the Contracts includes the provision of manpower, tools and equipment, materials, consumables and other related services, the group said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

The contracts are expected to contribute positively to the revenue, earnings, and net assets of Deleum and its group of companies for the duration of the contracts.
