PETALING JAYA: Real estate agency Savills Malaysia bagged two awards at the recent Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) South-East Asia Awards 2024.
The agency won the RICS Property Professional of the Year 2024 and RICS Valuation Team of the Year 2024.
The RICS Property Professional of the Year award went to Savills Malaysia’s group managing director Datuk Paul Khong.
In a statement, Savill Malaysia said the award recognised Khong’s leadership and excellence in the property industry, celebrating his significant contributions to corporate estate agency, property management and valuations over the past year.
“His work exemplifies the highest standards of professional ethics and achievement.”
Savills Malaysia provides a range of expert services including valuations for initial public offerings, real estate investment trusts, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, court proceedings and sales and disposal valuations.
Having completed valuations exceeding RM200bil, the real estate agency has completed several major projects such as TRX Exchange 106, PETRONAS Twin Towers 88 and Merdeka 118.
