PETALING JAYA: Two executive directors (EDs) of Globetronics Technology Bhd
, one of whom is the chief executive officer (CEO), resigned on the same day citing personal reasons.
The resignations of Heng Charng Yee and Kang Wei Luen took place slightly over a month after Lembaga Tabung Haji and the Employees Provident Fund ceased to be substantial shareholders, following the surprise resignation of the auditor KPMG.
