PETALING JAYA: Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd
(PMHB) has accepted a letter of award from Sime Darby Property (Golfhome) Sdn Bhd for the execution and completion of superstructure works worth RM321.09mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, PMHB said the superstructure works is for three condominium blocks comprising 150 units in Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. The project will be for a period of 27 months from the date of commencement – Oct 11, 2024.
PMHB said the award of the project will not have any impact on the share capital and shareholding structure of the company.
“However, it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and enhance the net assets of the group during the duration of the project,” said PMHB.
