Eplas Global launches listing prospectus


PETALING JAYA: Eplas Global Bhd is seeking to list on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, according to its prospectus exposure filed on the bourse yesterday.

The group is primarily involved in the marketing, distribution and sale of houseware products.

It also has an extensive range of houseware products sold under its house-brands, including water bottles, cleaning tools and others.

Its proposed initial public offering (IPO) will consist of the issuance of 90 million new ordinary shares and an offer for sale of 36 million existing shares by way of private placement to selected investors.

Of the 90 million shares, 22.5 million new shares will be made available for application by the public, 4.5 million new shares for application by the eligible directors and employees of Eplas Global and its subsidiaries, and 56.25 million shares by way of private placement to selected investors.
