Kimlun unit secures RM128.13mil construction job in JB


KUALA LUMPUR: Kimlun Corp Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Kimlun Sdn Bhd has accepted a RM128.13mil construction contract from Tanah Sutera Development Sdn Bhd for a residential development in Johor Bahru.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the contract shall be fulfilled in two sections, with the first valued at RM57.86mil being completed in the third quarter of 2026, and the second valued at RM70.27mil to be finished 21 months from the date of commencement.

Kimlun said the contract is expected to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets for the financial years during the contract period.
