PETALING JAYA: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd
’s wholly-owned subsidiary Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd has secured a contract from Mega Legacy (M) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of UEM Sunrise Bhd, for a building project in Batu, Kuala Lumpur for RM292.8mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the contract includes the construction of 57 storeys of main building works for a serviced apartment.
The development comprises one block of 1,126 units of service apartment, eight levels of podium parking, one sub-basement, a facilities floor and a security room.
The contract will commence on Sept 17, 2024 and be completed within 38 months. Kerjaya Prospek said the contract is expected to provide an additional stream of revenue to the group over the next three years.
The latest contract win elevates the company’s cumulative year-to-date contract value to RM1.5bil.
