Ringgit slightly higher against greenback after US market plunge

KUALA LUMPUR: The ringgit opened slightly higher versus the US dollar today following some selling activities in the greenback, said an analyst.

At 8 am, the local currency was marginally higher at 4.3600/3715 versus the greenback from Tuesday’s close of 4.3675/3705.
