PETALING JAYA: Econpile Holdings Bhd
has received a letter of award from Thens Architect for and on behalf of Platinum Victory Property Sdn Bhd for works relating to a high-rise development at Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur, worth RM71.19mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Econpile said the contract is for Package 1, which will involve the demolition, substructure and basement works for a proposed block of 55-storey development comprising offices (223 units), a hotel (329 units) and small office/home office (245 units) with five levels of basement car park.
