PETALING JAYA: Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust
(Sunway-REIT) plans to invest in neighbourhood malls which have a smaller target market and lower net lettable area compared with the bigger malls in its portfolio, according to RHB Research.
It said the properties were more resilient with their higher proportion of food and beverage and services offerings.
