KUALA LUMPUR: MSM Malaysia Holdings Bhd
has appointed Nur Izwan Mohd Nawawi as the officer-in-charge on an interim basis from Aug 12, 2024, following the resignation of the company's chief financial officer.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said Nur Izwan will assume the responsibilities and authorities of the CFO until the board of directors identifies a suitable candidate for the position.
