Jobless rate stable at 3.3% in June


The Statistics Department said the country’s labour force remained in a positive growth trend.

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia’s unemployment rate in June remained unchanged from the preceding month at 3.3%, according to the Statistics Department.

Positively, the total number of unemployed individuals in June declined to 565,300 from 566,100, the government agency noted.
