Aneka Jaringan wins RM53mil logistics hub job

PETALING JAYA: Aneka Jaringan Holdings Bhd has accepted a letter of award from Grand Dynamic Builders Sdn Bhd for the proposed construction of a new logistic hub in Shah Alam, Selangor worth RM53mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Aneka Jaringan said the contract would entail bored piles works and pre-cast reinforced concrete piles works to the logistic hub, for Messrs Strategic Sonata Sdn Bhd.

“The sub-contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of the company.

“The sub-contract, however, is expected to contribute positively to Aneka Jaringan’s consolidated earnings and net assets for the financial years ending Aug 31, 2024 and Aug 31, 2025, during the duration of the sub-contract.”

Aneka Jaringan said it does not foresee any exceptional risks other than the normal operational risks associated with the sub-contract.
