PETALING JAYA: Econpile Holdings Bhd
has received a letter of award from SNA Consult Sdn Bhd for and on behalf of Modern Plus Sdn Bhd, to undertake earthworks, piling and sub-structure works for a proposed condominium block at Jalan Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, worth RM26.5mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Econpile said the job would be for a 40-storey condominium comprising 244 units with nine levels of podium car park and basement level.
“The project shall be completed within 15 months from July 9, 2024. The project is expected to contribute positively to the revenue and earnings of the company from the financial year ending June 30, 2025 onwards.”
Econpile said there are no foreseeable significant risks, other than operational risk associated with the project during the contract period.
