PETALING JAYA: MUI Properties Bhd
(MUIP) is disposing of 53 acres out of 79 acres of land in Bandar Springhill, Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, to Antmed Malaysia Sdn Bhd for RM80.80mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, MUIP said the proposed disposal is aimed at developing Bandar Springhill into a leading medical hub by leveraging Antmed's expertise and resources.
