Bursa Malaysia suspends short-selling of Salutica's shares


KUALA LUMPUR: The intraday short selling (IDSS) of Salutica Bhd's shares has been suspended for the rest of the day after its last done price dropped more than 15 per cent or five sen from its reference price.

Bursa Malaysia announced on its website that the IDSS of the company's shares will only be reactivated at 8.30 am on the following trading day (Tuesday, July 9).

At 3.52 pm, Salutica’s shares -- which opened at 68 sen per unit -- slipped 15.44 per cent or 10.5 sen with 24.31 million shares changing hands. - Bernama
