KUALA LUMPUR: Telekom Malaysia Bhd
(TM) has entered into a RM1.25bil concession agreement with the government to implement the Next Generation Emergency Services 999 (NG999) as a continuation of Malaysia Emergency Response Services 999 (MERS999).
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, TM said its wholly-owned subsidiary, TM Technology Services Sdn Bhd (TM Tech) entered into a contract with the government, represented by the Ministry of Communications, to implement NG999.
