PETALING JAYA: Inta Bina Group Bhd
has accepted a letter of award from Gamuda Land (T12) Sdn Bhd for the proposed development of 174 units semi-detached houses worth RM111.98mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Inta Bina said phase one will consist of 124 units of semi-detached houses, a guard house, management office and two Tenaga Nasional Bhd substations.
