’s executive chairman, Datuk Seri Ismail @ Farouk Abdullah, is retiring, paving the way for deputy executive chairman Datuk Seri Lee Hock Seng to assume the position.
In a statement, Magma said the transition is a carefully planned succession that highlights the group's commitment to continuity and strong leadership.
Ismail said Lee is the right leader for the next chapter of Magma’s journey.
