LFE Corp wins RM16.7mil building job


PETALING JAYA: LFE Corp Bhd has accepted two letters of awards from MLG Design and Construction Sdn Bhd to be a sub-contractor relating to completion works of a 22-storey building in Georgetown, Penang, totalling RM16.7mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, LFE Corp said the first contract involved the design, supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of the proposed air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation system and building management system for the project.

The second contract comprised the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of the proposed electrical installation for the project.

LFE Corp said the job will be for a period of 24 months, starting from Oct 2, 2023 until Nov 1, 2025. The contracts are expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of LFE Group for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2024 onwards.
