Bursa lifts Awantec's affected issuer status


PETALING JAYA: Awanbiru Technology Bhd said Bursa Malaysia Securities has granted it a waiver from complying with Paragraph 8.04(3)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements which requires an affected listed issuer pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the Main Market Listing Requirements to submit a regularisation plan to Bursa Securities.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the tech company added it will be uplifted from being classified as an affected listed issuer and suspension on the trading of its securities will be uplifted effective from May 13, 2024.
