Pasukhas wins RM57mil data centre contract

PETALING JAYA: Pasukhas Group Bhd has received a letter of acceptance (LoA) from a leading multinational technology corporation headquartered in the United States for the construction and completion of a data centre located in Selangor for RM56.98mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Pasukhas said the LoA marks a significant milestone towards the company’s strategic business expansion and is expected to strengthen its revenue and financial conditions upon completion of the project.

“The board is of the view that the project will not have any material effect on the issued share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of the company, as there is no issuance of new ordinary shares in the company.

“The project is expected to contribute positively to the company’s future earnings and is not expected to have any immediate material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the group,” it said.
