Eupe fourth-quarter profit rises 29%

PETALING JAYA: Eupe Corp Bhd’s net profit rose by 29% year-on-year (y-o-y) to RM14.54mil in the fourth quarter ended Feb 29, 2024, largely driven by stronger revenue from its property development business.

The quarter’s overall revenue rose by 36.1% y-o-y to RM107.28mil. For the full financial year, net profit increased by 35.5% y-o-y to RM35.4mil, while revenue rose by 68.4% to RM340.18mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the property developer noted the improved profitability was due to the strong property sales and progressive site works from on-going and newly launched projects in the central region.
