Inta Bina bags RM170mil job

PETALING JAYA: Inta Bina Group Bhd has accepted a letter of award worth RM169.67mil from Next Delta Sdn Bhd for the construction and completion of main building works at Pekan Country Heights, Selangor.

Inta Bina said the construction job consists of 468 units of serviced apartments as well as a podium block comprising a car park facilities, surau, retail spaces and a guardhouse.

“The construction period shall be for 33 months from the commencement date,” the company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

“Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of Inta Bina for the duration of the contract.”
