Jag plans to reward its shareholders


PETALING JAYA: JAG Bhd has proposed to undertake bonus issuance of new shares and free warrants to reward its shareholders.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the total waste management company said the proposed bonus issue of shares entails the issuance of 125.36 million bonus shares on the basis of one bonus share for every five existing shares held.

The proposed bonus issue of warrants entailed the issuance of up to 376.07 mil lion free warrants on the basis of three warrants for every five existing shares held.
