Golden Pharos appoints Roslan as acting CEO

KUALA TERENGGANU: Timber firm Golden Pharos Bhd has appointed Terengganu Inc senior vice-president Mohd Roslan Mamat as its acting chief executive officer (CEO) effective yesterday.

The Terengganu state government-linked company said his appointment follows the retirement of former CEO Mohd Zaki Hamzah on March 12 after serving for about three years.

Mohd Roslan, 46, was seconded to oil palm plantation firm TDM Bhd – another Terengganu Inc subsidiary – as head of internal audit from January 2018 to November 2019, Golden Pharos said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia. — Bernama
