Capital A International to be listed in US

PETALING JAYA: Capital A Bhd has finalised a business combination agreement with Aetherium Acquisition Corp, a special purpose acquisition company to list Capital A International (CAPI) in the United States public markets.

“CAPI leverages the expansion, management and licensing of the AirAsia brand, and serves as a dynamic global marketing catalyst for Asean brands,” said Capital A in a statement.
